Before initiating a return, please contact us to confirm your return. We typically process and issue a refund within 1-3 days of receiving the product.

1-Year Warranty

All batteries purchased from this website come with a one-year warranty. Within one year from the date of purchase, if your battery fails under normal use, we will replace it with a new one to save you time. However, the following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1The battery is damaged due to abuse, overcharging, improper installation, freezing or improper adjustment
2The battery has been disassembled and the sticker on the battery has been torn off
3Failure to use normally due to system upgrade
4Note: It is normal for the remaining capacity to be 80% after one year of use
